The program revolves around "Twenty-Four Hours of the Dragon Boat Festival" and incorporates "mugwort" as a clue to integrate ancient time concepts with modern life rhythms, showcasing the traditions and cultural significance of the festival.

The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month in the Chinese lunar calendar. It commemorates Qu Yuan, a ministerial scholar and patriotic poet of the Chu state during the Warring States period (475-221 BC). Traditional festivities include eating zongzi, drinking realgar wine and racing dragon boats.
